Ghee Making Process:
- DESI COW MILK: Nutritious milk from Indian Desi Cows is being obtained.
- CURD: Fresh raw unprocessed milk is boiled and converted into curd in a clay pot.
- BUTTERMILK: Curd is then hand churned with a wooden churner, a method traditionally called “Bllona”.
- The makkhan (butter) obtained in the process is than separated.
- DIRGHA JEEVAN DESI GHEE: The separated makkhan is the boiled in a thick iron vessel on mild
- cow dung cake fire to obtain Pure Desi Ghee.
