Dosage :

In cold, cough and sinusitis – take 1-2 drops of one drop along with sugar or tea or coffee or hot water internally. Rub one drop over the nose, neck, chest and back. Inhale the vapors of one drop by adding it to hot water or steam box. Sprinkle few drops of one drop onto handkerchief or bed to inhale to get instant relief from nose block. in headache, joints and muscular pain do gentle massage with few drops of one drop over affected part and get instant relief
